Freeport-McMoRan Files Prospectus Supplement For Offering Of Common Stock

Freeport-McMoRan Inc. (NYSE: FCX) has filed a prospectus supplement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, under which the company would have the option of offering and selling shares of common stock with gross proceeds of up to $1 billion from time to time through J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, as its sales agent.
